into a private label partnership with a sister company of T.W. Phillips Gas and
Oil Co. of Butler, Pennsylvania. The partnership enables the natural gas
provider to offer its customers repair warranties for their utility service
lines including outside gas, sewer and water lines, as well as in-home
gas, water, sewer and electrical lines.
Under the agreement, T.W. Phillips can provide a number of warranty coverage
products under its brand name. The products offer homeowners various
protections against line leaks and failures that typically are not covered by
basic homeowner's insurance and also provide repairs by certified professionals
usually within 24 hours.
