| The USP History
|
| USP was formed in September 2003 as the holding company of
Columbia Service Partners, Inc., which was purchased from the Columbia Energy
Group that same month. USP is a privately held
organization, with the management team - Phil Riley, TruDee Bamberg,
and Brad Carmichael - having a significant stake in the business.

| Meet the Executive Management Team |
| The USP executive management team capitalizes on its competitive
and creative edge to forge a complementary and cohesive unit that delivers
utility line warranty programs designed to enhance your company's brand value
and income. As part of CNG and Dominion Retail, Phil Riley, Tru Dee Bamberg and
Brad Carmichael increased the gas, electric and products and services business
from 120,000 accounts to nearly 1,000,000 in less than four years. Working
closely with the entire USP team, they will form a partnership with you to
produce significant and sustainable financial results.
